The large Southern Oregon AVA stretches 125 miles from south of Eugene to the California border, and 60 miles at its widest between the Cascade Mountain Range to the east and the Coast Range to the west. Our guide for the south encompasses the Rogue Valley, and Applegate Valley appellations.
There are 13,000 acres of vineyards growing a diverse selection of grapes including, Albarino, Baco noir, Barbera, Cabernet franc, Cabernet sauvignon, Chardonnay, Dolcetto, Early Muscat, Grenache, Malbec, Marsanne, Merlot, Nebbiolo, Pinot blanc, Pinot gris, Riesling, Rousanne, Sangiovese, Sauvignon blanc, Semillon, Syrah, Tempranillo, Viognier, Zinfandel, Petit verdot and of course Pinot noir.
