The winery just makes red wines.  The vineyard is composed of about 20 acres of grapes, with merlot at 40% (8 acres), syrah at 20% (4 acres), cabernet sauvignon at 20% (4 acres) and cabernet franc 20% (4 acres). These percentages also reflect the blend of their signature red wine, Applegate Red.

The Vineyard is a nice place to spend the afternoon with two ponds, miniature donkeys, exotic birds and a picnic pavilion.
