Daedalus Cellars Description

Daedalus Cellars is a small, family-owned and operated winery located in Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

They specialize in Pinot Noir, though also producing small amounts of Pinot Gris, Syrah, Riesling, Chardonnay and Grüner Veltliner. Some of the vineyards they source from include Maresh, Seven Springs and Carabella Vineyards. Daedalus also owns 17 acres in the Dundee Hills, planted exclusively with Pinot Noir.
