Sarver Description
Welcome to Sarver Winery, located in Eugene, Oregon, where we specialize in small lot productions of the finest Willamette Valley and regional wines. Stop by and enjoy a leisurely wine tasting complemented by unsurpassable views of the Willamette Valley, and a delicious selection of gourmet cheeses, salamis, French olives, patés, and fresh baked baguettes.
The vineyard is rooted in Jory and Willakenzie soils, and sits on a southeast facing slope with 700 feet in elevation. The vineyard consists of the following varietals: 7 acres White Riesling, 13 acres Pinot Gris, 12 acres Pinot Noir, 2 acres Early Muscat, and 1 acre of newly planted Gewürztraminer. |
