Silvan Ridge/Hinman Vineyards was established in 1979 and is maintained in the tradition of a small European winery.
Tasting room includes a dining room and banquet room. Every aspect of their facility is decorated in a European vintage style.
The Rogue Valley Appelation begins at the California border near Ashland, Oregon and extends 50 miles north and west in each direction. The region is a combination of warm and dry climates, favorable for Bordeaux and Rhone varieties.
Wines offered are: Riesling, Chardonnay, Viognier, Sparkling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Portage, Muscat, Rose and various blends.
