The Wine Vault is Pheasant Court Winery's official tasting room. In addition to a complete selection of Pheasant Court wines, The Wine Vault also serves wines from several other Benton County wineries.  The featured wineries are: Pheasant Court Winery, Airlie Winery, Belle Vallee, Benton Lane Winery, Broadley Vineyards, Cardwell Hill Cellars, Emerson Vineyards, Harris Bridge Vineyard, Lumos Wine Co., MJB Cellars, Spindrift Cellars, Springhill Cellars and Tyee Wine Cellars.  Each month brings a different selection of local wines. 

Located in the old Philomath State Bank building, The Wine Vault offers complimentary tastings every Saturday & Sunday from Noon until 6pm.  

Pheasant Court Winery offers several wines: Syrah, Merlot, Marechal Foch, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Viognier and a Marechal Foch Port.
