Utopia shipped the wrong shipment then proceeded to harass my mother while she was on vacation, speaking rudely to her as though she was their servant and being mean when she explained that she could not send it back as she was not at home. In spite of the poor treatment my mother did as they asked but no one showed up on the agreed upon date to pick up the incorrect shipment nor did my original, already paid for, shipment arrive on the promised date (and still has not arrived which makes it almost useless since I will be leaving the country soon). On top of that, the rude representative had no qualms about the incorrect shipment sitting out in the sun awaiting pickup which leads me to question what state my wine will show up in, if it does in fact ever arrive.
